Google provides their own goo.gl URL shortener service for a long time, but there is no way to use it easily. Personally, I have installed the Google Chrome plugin to use it. Now, everyone can just visit goog.gl to short any URL instantly. If you have signed in, you can also keep track for the URL you have entered, the click and additional details.
