Here are some quick and easy directions to prevent an email from Servicist Support from ending up in your spam/junk folder instead of your inbox.

** Although all email applications are slightly different, most of them have similar procedures to let you prevent an email from going into the spam/junk folder.

Yahoo.com

  1. Log in to your Yahoo account.
  2. Click on Contacts, at the top of the page.
  3. Click on Add Contact.
  4. Enter the following in the Email Address field: support@servicist.com.sg.
  5. Enter a Nickname to use as a shortcut in addressing emails, i.e., Servicist Support.
  6. Click on Save.

Hotmail.com

  1. Log in to your Hotmail account.
  2. Click on People, at the top of the page.
  3. Click on New.
  4. Enter the following in the Email Address field: support@servicist.com.sg.
  5. Enter a Nickname to use as a shortcut in addressing emails, i.e., Servicist Support.
  6. Click on Save.

How to un-spam an email that is already in your Spam or Junk folder:

  1. Check your Spam folder for an email from Servicist Customer Support.
  2. Open the email.
  3. Click on the Not Spam button at the top of the message. This will move the email to your inbox.
  4. Return to your inbox and open the email again.
  5. Click on the Add to Contacts button (usually a “+” icon) which is located next to the From: (Sender’s ID).
  6. Enter a Nickname to use as a shortcut in addressing emails, i.e., Servicist Support
  7. Click on Add to Address Book.
