Here are some quick and easy directions to prevent an email from Servicist Support from ending up in your spam/junk folder instead of your inbox.
** Although all email applications are slightly different, most of them have similar procedures to let you prevent an email from going into the spam/junk folder.
Yahoo.com
- Log in to your Yahoo account.
- Click on Contacts, at the top of the page.
- Click on Add Contact.
- Enter the following in the Email Address field: support@servicist.com.sg.
- Enter a Nickname to use as a shortcut in addressing emails, i.e., Servicist Support.
- Click on Save.
Hotmail.com
- Log in to your Hotmail account.
- Click on People, at the top of the page.
- Click on New.
- Enter the following in the Email Address field: support@servicist.com.sg.
- Enter a Nickname to use as a shortcut in addressing emails, i.e., Servicist Support.
- Click on Save.
How to un-spam an email that is already in your Spam or Junk folder:
- Check your Spam folder for an email from Servicist Customer Support.
- Open the email.
- Click on the Not Spam button at the top of the message. This will move the email to your inbox.
- Return to your inbox and open the email again.
- Click on the Add to Contacts button (usually a “+” icon) which is located next to the From: (Sender’s ID).
- Enter a Nickname to use as a shortcut in addressing emails, i.e., Servicist Support
- Click on Add to Address Book.
